Intersectional Environmentalist Day and the Environmental Quality Management

23 May 2023
19 October 2023

Intersectional Environmentalism is an activist movement focusing on creating awareness to achieve climate justice, highlighting historically excluded voices and enhance environmental education policy with equity, inclusion, and restorative justice. Intersectional Environmentalism advocates for the protection of both people and the planet. To highlight the Intersectional Environmental Day on May 28th, the EQM journal put together a collection of recently published papers in EQM that deal with sustainability, wastewater treatment, solid waste management, hazardous waste degradation, emerging contaminants, and green technologies. We hope these papers will be useful in creating awareness to protect our environment and the fragile ecosystems.

Environmental Quality Management would like to thank its Executive Editor Professor Ramaraj Boopathy (Nicholls State University, USA )for assisting to put together the collection of articles for Intersectional Environmentalist Day
