Law & Policy is an international and interdisciplinary law journal that embraces varied research methodologies that interrogate law, governance and public policy worldwide. We welcome papers covering law and policy in relation to government and self-regulation, health, environment, family, gender, taxation and finance, legal decision-making, criminal justice and human rights. The journal makes a vital contribution to the current dialogue on contemporary policy in order to advance the socio-legal policy field.
In Remembrance: Sally Engle Merry
The Law & Policy community would like to honor the passing of Sally Engle Merry, an incredibly important, insightful, and generous law and society scholar. While we know that her legacy will live on in the work that she will continue to inspire, we will miss her and her various contributions to the field and our lives.
